1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the THRIVE™ platform operated by THRIVE Health Pvt. Ltd. ("THRIVE", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and THRIVE.

2. Description of Services

THRIVE provides a physician-guided health optimisation membership platform offering:

• Comprehensive health assessments and personalised health scoring
• Biomarker tracking and quarterly analysis
• Physician consultations and care plan creation
• AI-powered health guidance and lifestyle recommendations
• Partner clinician network and corporate wellness programmes
• For THRIVE ELITE™ members: regenerative and longevity sessions at SA Clinique centres

Important: THRIVE is a health optimisation and wellness platform. It is not a substitute for emergency medical care, diagnosis of serious medical conditions, or ongoing treatment of chronic diseases. Always consult a qualified medical professional for medical emergencies or serious health concerns.

3. Membership & Payment

3.1 Membership Plans

• THRIVE™ Digital: ₹86,000 per year — physician-guided digital membership
• THRIVE ELITE™: ₹2,50,000 per year — concierge membership with in-person sessions

3.2 Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely via Cashfree Payments
• Membership fees are charged annually and are strictly non-refundable
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing members
• Discounts and promotional pricing are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in your profile and health assessment
• Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with others
• Use the platform only for lawful personal health management purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our platform or content
• Not upload false medical reports or misrepresent your health information
• Not use the AI assistant to obtain emergency medical advice — call 112 for emergencies
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account

5. Medical Disclaimer

The content, recommendations, and information provided through THRIVE are for informational and wellness optimisation purposes only. THRIVE does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. The THRIVE AI Health Assistant, assessments, and biomarker analyses are tools to support your health journey, not replacements for clinical medical judgment.

Physician reviews conducted through THRIVE are wellness consultations. For acute illness, emergency symptoms, or serious medical conditions, please seek immediate medical attention from a licensed healthcare provider or emergency services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the THRIVE platform — including assessments, algorithms, care plan templates, AI responses, reports, designs, and branding — is the exclusive property of THRIVE Health Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Partner Clinicians & Associates

THRIVE partner clinicians and associate partners are independent entities. THRIVE is not responsible for the independent advice or actions of partner clinicians outside of the THRIVE platform. Commission payments to partners are governed by separate Partner Agreements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, THRIVE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current membership year.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra. We encourage you to contact us first at support@thrivecore.app to resolve any dispute amicably.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
