No Refunds Policy

All payments made to THRIVE Health Pvt. Ltd. for THRIVE™ and THRIVE ELITE™ memberships are strictly non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. No Refund Policy

THRIVE Health Pvt. Ltd. operates a strict no-refund policy on all membership purchases. Once a payment has been processed for a THRIVE™ or THRIVE ELITE™ membership, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or personal circumstances
  • Dissatisfaction with the platform, content, or services
  • Non-usage or partial usage of the membership
  • Technical issues experienced on the member's device or network
  • Duplicate purchases made in error
  • Failure to complete the health assessment or biomarker testing
  • Relocation or inability to access THRIVE ELITE™ centre sessions
  • Medical conditions preventing participation

2. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

THRIVE memberships involve significant upfront costs including physician onboarding, platform access provisioning, biomarker testing coordination, and care plan preparation. These resources are committed immediately upon purchase, making refunds operationally and financially impractical.

3. Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting support@thrivecore.app. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access to the THRIVE platform will remain active until the end of your current paid membership period
  • No refund will be issued for the remaining unused period of your membership
  • Your health data will be retained as per our Privacy Policy
  • Auto-renewal (if applicable) will be disabled upon cancellation request

4. Exceptional Circumstances

THRIVE Health Pvt. Ltd. reserves the sole and absolute discretion to consider exceptions to this policy in extraordinary circumstances. Any such consideration is entirely at our discretion and does not constitute a waiver of this policy or an obligation to provide refunds in similar future cases.

To raise an exceptional circumstance, email support@thrivecore.app with the subject line "Exceptional Refund Request" along with your order details and a written explanation.

5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting THRIVE support is a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate platform access for accounts with disputed payments and to pursue recovery of funds through lawful means.

If you believe a payment was made fraudulently or in error, please contact us immediately at support@thrivecore.app before initiating any dispute with your bank or payment provider.

6. Service Interruptions

In the event of a significant, prolonged service interruption caused directly by THRIVE (exceeding 30 consecutive days), we will provide a proportional membership extension at our discretion. This extension is not a refund and will be applied to the member's account as additional membership time.

7. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India and is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra. By purchasing a THRIVE membership, you agree to this policy and the dispute resolution process outlined in our Terms of Use.
